Purchases and licenses

tapefold is a digital product by Infinite Digits. A purchase provides a license key delivered by email. There is no subscription or enforced device-activation limit. Keep your key private; contact support if you need help recovering it.

Before purchasing

Review the available downloads, release information, and compatibility with your setup. The current interface is a workbench with audio passthrough; the tape engine is being developed separately. Ask us if you are unsure what a build supports.

Refunds and returns

As with our other digital instruments, sales are final once a license is delivered or the product is downloaded, installed, or registered, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Please contact zack@infinitedigits.co about a purchase or technical issue.

Service and availability

The software is provided “as is,” without warranties to the extent permitted by law. Downloads and supported platforms depend on the available release. Nothing on this site limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Your information

We retain the purchase email, license and delivery records needed to provide your purchase and support. The plugin’s license endpoint can record version, platform, and supplied device information; license checks and downloads are logged. Checkout is handled by Shopify, and license email is delivered through Mailjet. We do not collect payment-card details on this site.

The site uses a session cookie to keep your checkout connected to your browser. The tape simulation runs locally without microphone access or audio uploads. Support submissions are stored for us to review. To ask about your information, contact zack@infinitedigits.co.
